Non-pressurized Pipelines
In the simplest stage, we manufacture non-pressurized pipelines for you, such as air distributors or exhaust systems. The requirement for the weld seam quality is usually of lesser importance in this case. These pipelines typically have a larger diameter, are several meters long, and have many branches on the same side. The focus is therefore on dimensional accuracy to ensure smooth assembly. Our goal is to provide you with a reliable and efficient pipeline solution that fully meets your requirements.
Industrial Water, Steam, and Compressed Air Pipelines
This group of media pipelines is often several meters long and is installed on-site at the (end) customer’s facility. Due to the high number of interfaces, the dimensional accuracy and perpendicularity of each individual flange are of utmost importance. Collector lines for returning water from an industrial plant can quickly have over ten pipe branches. With our years of experience, we know exactly where to apply flame straightening to perfectly straighten such pipelines.
If the installation situation is unknown or difficult to determine, we manufacture the pipes with fitted lengths. The final installation is then carried out by our pipe fitters and welders at the customer’s site.

Hydraulic Lines and High-Pressure Lines for Process Engineering Products
Our range of services also includes the production of lines that operate at very high operating pressures and temperatures. This includes, for example, hydraulic lines with operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar or customized solutions for various products in process engineering, which are pumped through or to a machine at temperatures reaching several hundred degrees Celsius and under enormous operating pressures. In this type of product line, thick-walled stainless steel pipes are typically installed within jacket pipes and connected to each other at an appropriate point via a steel-stainless steel hybrid connection. The warm (or cold) product is pressed through the inner pipe, while simultaneously, water or a heat transfer fluid is pumped through the jacket pipe to maintain the product at operating temperature. This type of high-pressure line must adhere to the highest quality standards to ensure reliable performance of the production line at all times.
